What Tendfuls does for you

One record. Three things it changes.

Everyone on the same page

Family, clinicians, school and carers write into one timeline and read from it. No more retelling the history at every appointment.

Share exactly what's needed

Grant each person access to specific categories only. The teacher gets the daily tracker, the doctor gets the medical history, and every view is logged.

See what you'd otherwise miss

Tendfuls looks across sleep, mood, sensory events and notes to surface what tends to precede a hard day, with the evidence behind it.

The problem

Care happens in five places. The story of it lives in none of them.

A child with additional needs, a parent with dementia, an adult recovering from injury: each is supported by a team that rarely sits in the same room. The therapist's insight never reaches the classroom. The new carer has never seen the crisis plan. Every appointment starts with ten minutes of catching up.

How it works

Set up in ten minutes. Useful from the first entry.

Step 1

Create the record

Add the person, their history, medications and what already works. Import from a PDF or start fresh. The family holds the owner account.

Step 2

Invite the team, category by category

Each invitation names exactly what that person can see: the teacher gets the daily tracker and crisis plan, the clinician gets medical history and goals. Nothing is shared by default.

Step 3

Log the day, see the patterns

Everyone adds to one timeline from wherever they are. Tendfuls looks across all of it and shows what tends to come before a hard day, with the evidence.

A day in the record

Five people, one timeline

Every entry lands in the same place, in order, tagged by who wrote it and which category it belongs to.

What lives in the record

Nine categories. Each one shared on its own terms.

Permissions are set per person and per category, so the record can hold everything without everyone seeing everything.

Permissions

Per person, per category

Every member of the team is granted access to specific parts of the record: a teacher sees the daily tracker and the crisis plan, a physiotherapist sees goals and notes, a grandparent sees what the family decides. Access can expire on its own, and every change is logged.

Pattern detection

Find the triggers you'd miss on your own

Every logged meal, sleep, mood, sensory event and note feeds one timeline. Tendfuls looks across all of it and surfaces what tends to come before a hard day, and which strategies were followed by a better one. Each insight links back to the entries behind it, so the team can judge it.

See what it detects
  • Sleep 5h 40m · School difficult afternoon
  • Sleep 8h 10m · OT weighted vest, calm session
  • Sleep 6h 05m · Home meltdown after transition
  • Sleep 8h 30m · School completed full day
Insight: On days with under 6.5 hours of sleep, difficult afternoons were logged 4 of the last 5 times. The weighted vest preceded a calm session in 6 of 7 uses.

Three teams, one record

Built for the way care actually happens

Family · school · therapy

A child with autism starting a new school

Parents create the record, invite the OT and the new SENCO. The school gets the daily tracker and crisis plan, the OT gets goals and sensory logs. Within three weeks the pattern detection links difficult afternoons to short sleep.

The transition package replaced a two-hour handover meeting.
Siblings · home nurse · GP

A parent with early dementia, three adult children

One sibling owns the record; the others are co-owners. The home nurse logs medication and mood, the GP sees history and medication only. The escalation chain names who to call first, so no one is guessing at 2am.

Every family member sees the same week, from three cities.
Care manager · providers · organization

A care-management practice with forty families

On Growth, each family owns their record and the practice is invited into it with a role template. Minutes are logged on every note and superbills are generated at month end for the whole caseload.

Billing that used to take two days now takes an afternoon.

What makes Tendfuls different

Built around the person, not the institution

One record, every category

Medical history, medications, notes, goals, trackers, documents, crisis plan, team and billing live together, in order, tagged by who wrote what.

One-click transition packages

New school, new clinic, new carer: export a formatted handover with history, goals, what works and the crisis plan. Nothing missing, nothing retyped.

Crisis protocol, two taps away

What a crisis looks like for this person, what to do first, who to call and in what order, and what helped the last three times. Readable offline.

Billing that tracks itself

Providers log minutes on their notes. At month end, Tendfuls totals them per person and code and produces a superbill ready to send.

Common questions

Before you start

Who owns the record?

The person being cared for, or their family or legal guardian. Owners decide who joins, what each person sees and when access ends. Organizations on Growth can create records with the family as owner or co-owner.

Do the people I invite need to pay?

No. Anyone invited to a record uses it free. Providers subscribe only if they want billing, insights and multi-record tools of their own.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep read access to the whole record for life and can export it at any time. Adding new entries or team members requires an active plan.

Is it a medical record system?

It's a care coordination record, not a hospital EHR. It complements clinical systems and exports into them; it doesn't replace them.
